Juht/ Lead your life

Juht on inimene kes algatab midagi oma elus. Rajab ise oma kodu, mitte ei koli sinna sisse. Lahkub sealt klimp kurgus ja käed värisemas kui elu enam ei toimi, mitte ei oota sobivamat aega selleks. On õiglane enda suhtes, sest alles siis saab  elu olla õiglane ka sinu suhtes. Kui elu on õiglane sinu jaoks su suhtes ilma tõelise sinupoolse panuseta, paneb ta sind selle varjus hoopis proovile ja su lootused-ootused ja edu teostuvad moondunult kandes endas kõiki su tegematajätmisi. Parim juht on õiglane ja tugev sõltumata põhjustest.

You are a leader if you initiate something in your life. You found yourself your home instead of moving in there. Leave it with the lump in your throat and hands shaking if the life is no longer functioning for you instead of waiting for the right moment for that. If you´re fair to yourself, life will be fair to you. If you feel that life is fair to you without your real contribution for that, it is actually testing you and all your expectations, hopes and success  keep materializing in a contorted manner because they carry in itself all your omissions. The best leader is fair and strong regardless of his reasons.
